Stitch n’ Bitch was GREAT!!!!! I met new people that all share a love and/or obsession with knitting and I got to work on my hoodie. It was awesome. And I got new needles. I’ve actually made some progress with my hoodie, only to realize that I started with the wrong stitch so I’m going to have to start over all over again. Oh well, more practice. I’m just happy to know that I’ve done enough of it to know that I will turn out well. I’ll probably want to wear it every day. 
I hope, anyway!
I’m going to have to finish the baby booties this weekend. That will be a priority. The baby shower is in 2 weeks and I want to be able to give them to her at the shower. I also want to start on the jester hat. I’m hoping to maybe have that ready also to give to her. We’ll see. I’m going to try to squeeze in going back to Knit Nouveau tomorrow sometime for the grand opening going on today and tomorrow. I might buy another pair of knitting needles.
I’m going to have another action packed weekend! My brother is coming in to town tonight. I’m meeting him, my dad & my aunt for breakfast in the morning at IHOP. Yum! Then I’m going to try to get a few hours in at work, head over to Knit Nouveau briefly, and then go to a friends for dinner tomorrow night. Then, on Sunday, my brother-in-law is having his birthday at Jim n’ Nicks, a BBQ joint at 1:30. Somewhere in all that craziness, I’m hoping to squeeze a little knitting in!! Wish me luck!
