Sleeve schmeeve. Screw the sleeve. I made a hat! This is another one of Scott’s designs and one of my favorite color combinations. This could be a child’s hat or a skull cap. I think I am going to go with skull cap. I desparately need something to keep my ears warm while I’m running. I wonder if this will do the trick. I’m hoping that’s the case.
Though I have to say, I look kind of like a have no hair. It also kinda give you an instant face lift, this hat. But it’s warm. I’m planning on running tonight so I think it’ll get tested out as to whether or not it keeps my ears warm and as to whether or not it’ll stay on my head. The one bad thing about a skull cap? Totally messes up your hair.
Oh fine, you want to know about the sleeve? I worked on it too last night, but sleeves are boring. I’ve got 3 more repeats and then plain knitting until the bitch is 19" long from top to bottom. I’ll probably finish it tonight. Then I’ll piece the sweater together. Sheesh. [I complain about the sleeve/sweater because I'm tired of knitting it, but ya'll know I'll be squealing like a pig in mud on a hot day when it's finished and going on and on about how much I love the sweater and it was worth the perseverence, blah blah blah. Bear with me, ok?]
Oh yeah, and Scott? I need more designs. NOW.
