I finally got around to checking to see if I had indeed cast on the right number of stitches for the front panel of Under the Hoodie. Turns out that somewhere along the way, I added two stitches. Huh? How did that happen? I’ve never done that before. Well, whatever. I am going to decrease those suckers and keep on going. That does make me really happy, though, considering I thought I had cast on for a smaller size than the back. That would have really sucked.
It’s Alias tonight. I think I will take the baby blanket with me to work on while I watch Alias. Or maybe I’ll take Hoodie. I have also GOT to start working on the dog sweater. I’ve decided that I will do one dog sweater and then a scarf and booties set. I can probably knock out the scarf and booties in a weekend. I should probably do that this weekend. The sweater will probably take me a little longer. I’ve got the yarn. I’ve got the patterns. I just need the motivation. I’m thinking about visiting my sister this weekend. I could work on the booties and scarf while hanging out with her. There will also probably be a trip to the lys by her place too. 
Ok, and how cute is this. K is sick and I went by to check on him last night. You know, make sure he’s not dying. Anyway, what does he ask me? “Did you bring your tape measure?” That’s what he asks me. In the most pitiful, I am sick, cute voice, ever. The man wants his sweater, people! I thought that was funny and cute. I guess I will HAVE to remember to take my tape measure with me the next time I go see him. I guess that better be soon, too. Preferably, though, AFTER he is better. If I get sick, I won’t want to knit anything.
