Well, Friday night was the surprise birthday party at Sol Y Luna for Andrea. It was pretty awesome, even if I was kind of tired. The lobster soft tacos were to die for! I ate more than enough. 
Saturday was road trip day to Waverly, AL. We saw some friends, bought some pottery and drove back home. I got some good knitting time in on the way there, but drove back. Fair enough trade. I worked on FF all the way to Waverly.
Sunday was Magic City Art Show day. Before we went to the show, our friends Erica and Adam came over and we took their little girl Eden fishing. Very cute. Her dad did the fishing, but she helped him reel in a couple of fish and throw them back. She was very excited about the whole thing. Very cute.
I finally caved this weekend and decided to let David take over handling all the finances for both of us. That was a huge step for both of us really, but we both would like to see us get out of what little debt we have (school loans, car payment, credit cards, etc.). We actually do not have massive amounts of debt, but the fact that we have any is not a good thing. David is a whiz with money so I know he’ll have us rocking along in no time.
This next weekend is more crazy excitement since my little sister is getting married this coming Saturday. The bachelorette “party” starts on Thursday after SnB at Surin. Then she and her friends are doing stuff all day Friday. I have to work. 
That’s ok. I’ll live. So will they. It’s going to be a great weekend.
Either tonight or tomorrow night, David and I are going to go see 13 Going On 30. I can’t wait! I LOVE Jennifer Garner! Speaking of, did anyone watch Alias last night? I was so thrilled that they completely reaffirmed that Lauren is a complete bitch and there is no nice bone in her body at all!!!!! I can’t believe there are only 2 more episodes until the end of the season!!!!!!!!!! I can’t wait until it’s out on DVD!!!!!!!
