This weekend was a whirlwind of activity.
Friday night Grant came and got me around 7pm so I could watch Liam while Grant and Jesse moved the day bed (yay! it’s gone!).
Liam was fascinated by my cell phone. He especially liked to dance to my ringtone and wanted to take pictures of everything with the camera.
Saturday I proctored an exam and worked on the snow devil hat while watching Pirates of the Caribbean 2 on my ipod. (I so totally heart my ipod.) I finally finished the right gusset after having to rip it back about 3 times. Maybe 4. Anyway, it looks right and I’m happy with it. I started on the left gusset, too.
You get an artsy fartsy picture of the gusset because it’s the only way I can get the color to look right. Also, it’s kind of boring to look at because it doesn’t really look like anything just yet.
My friends Rachel and Russ got married Saturday afternoon. It was quite a lovely wedding. We left the reception kind of early because we had to make it back home (about an hour from where the wedding was held) so we could go see Ian Harvey and Margaret Cho. HOLY SHIT, PEOPLE. The show was TERRIFIC! We had such a great time. Margaret Cho is my hero.
