Walking Talking Zombie

Is it ironic or just weird that I am feeling like a zombie since I am totally grossed and freaked the hell out by zombie movies? Well, except for Shaun of the Dead because that movie is just great. Oh, and I did see Resident Evil 2. Is that considered a zombie movie? Of course, I was totally freaked out watching RE2 and my friend Dean had the bruises to prove it. He’d been dying to take me to see a scary movie so he could laugh at me while I freaked out continuously during a movie and he got his wish. I got my revenge on him during the movie – I would grab his arm constantly and the next day he had finger bruises. I have a pretty tough grip. Also, the movie was kinda scary. Cool, but scary.

Anyway, I have totally digressed and gone on about movies when I was meaning to talk about the fact that I am so tired. So, so tired. The reason why I am so tired? There is this little kitten who is so very cute, but who doesn’t sleep all through the night. There is this little kitten who likes to lick my eye or my chin or my neck to wake me up to play with her at 3 or 5 or 4 in the morning. Did I mention the biting? She kinda also bites my hand sometimes too (though last night she kept doing the headbutting my hand thing which is much more pleasant than the biting).

Anyway, I think that’s why I’m so tired today. Not because I went for a ran, stayed up kinda late, fell asleep on the couch, woke up at quarter to 1 to stumble to the bed and THEN got woken up by the kitten at 5:21 a.m. Nope, it was just the kitten who made me tired.

In fact, I was kinda dazed on my way in to work this morning so I almost didn’t realize what a blogworthy vehicle was in front of me at the red light. Luckily for you (Bob), I managed to snap a picture.

In case you can’t tell, that’s a deer sitting on the tailgate with a target on its stomach and the front legs were waving up and down. When he made a left turn, the deer’s "arms" raised up and stayed that way until the turn was complete. Kind of like when you’re on a roller coaster, you know? The scariest part? There’s a good probability that I might actually know the driver of that vehicle. That’s the scary part.
