So, I thought I would get all this knitting done on our little day trip to Florence, AL to pick up the streetlamps for our lake. I did not take into account the bumpy ride in the truck or the seemingly million times I lost count or screwed up the hem of the front of Hoodie. Therefore, instead of making huge progress on my sweater, I got very frustrated, wasted a lot of yarn and made no progress.
Lesson learned: Don’t attempt knitting in a truck.
Still, we had a great weekend, a fun trip and got a lot of stuff done. Our pool is open, but David managed to drop the pool liner into the pool again so it’ll be a week or so of cleaning out all the dirt in the bottom of the pool. Not so much fun, but it must be done!
