Why do I stay up all hours of the night? The only thing that results from staying up so late is the lack of sleep. Also, I find that the later at night that I knit, the more mistakes I make and the more frustrated I get. However, I am getting much better at picking up dropped stitches. I guess that’s the trade off. I worked on my “free form possibly may turn into a purse” project last night after our Bessemer Historic Homeowners Association meeting last night.
The meeting was a much better meeting than I expected. We’ve finally got some movers and shakers in the group as well as some new members. Always a plus.
Back to my FF project. I think I’ve got a small idea of how I want it to turn out. It’s definitely going to be color block with the blue tencel yarn I also bought with the green. I also think I’m going to do two short handles that will be half green and half blue with a garter stitch where the color changes. I want to be long rather than round. we’ll see how that goes. I think that all depends on the straps, huh? Well, I will make pictures eventually and post and maybe someone will comment or give me some advice.
