They are tiny and white and will swallow the world in their cold whitness! Beware!?
It’s supposed to snow tomorrow somewhere between 1 – 3 inches. At the moment, however, this seems highly unlikely as the sun is bright and there are essentially no clouds in the sky.
Right now, I’m quite sure there are people out on their lunch breaks buying all the bread and milk in sight. It is an interesting phenomenon that I don’t understand. But?the craziest part about the bread/milk phenomenon??NEWS REPORTERS WILL ENCOURAGE THIS BEHAVIOR. Wtf? Personally, I think the news stations get some kind of kick back from the grocery stores and/or dairy and bread companies or something. It’s kind of funny, unless you’re going to the store and you actually need milk because you’re out. Or bread for that matter. Then it’s not so funny.
So! If you live in the South, especially in Alabama, I would suggest you rethink the need to buy bread and milk and consider things like beer and wine. Do you have enough? What about chips & salsa? Frozen foods? Margaritas? Salt? Enough movies to get you through a weekend? I happen to think that these things are more important than bread and milk. Oh! And don’t forget the cookies.

Man, I’d be pissed if I got stuck in a snowstorm and there wasn’t enough booze. Bread, schmead.
Good luck with your, um, blizzard.
You’ve got blog layout ADHD.
Hear Hear! I’ve always felt booze, chips/dip and movies were the MOST important for a snow (and I use that term lightly) storm!
Stay warm, hunker down and have fun with fiber and food!
I’m a neighbor (found you on Ravelry – yay!) and I’m glad you reminded me about the impending DOOM OF BAD WEATHER (it better be worse than last week when they let the schools out for heavy rain!). I must remember to stop by the gas station and buy beer!!!!!
Oh and I’m totally taking my son sledding with some cardboard tomorrow should the weather cooperate!
Um, yeah, please forgive my over-use of !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LOL I’m glad I’m not the only one that thinks the news stations are getting kick backs from all this. So, what does it say about me that instead of hitting the grocery store, I hit the LYS?
Jessi’s got the right idea!!! Who needs food anyway…………
Darlene sent me an email before I left work and said don’t bother going to the store to milk and bread. There are all out. I ask, did they have any cigarettes and coffee left? I knew I had enough Tequilla and Voka (Vodka).
I’m with you on the whole grocery store/weather station kick back thing!! AMAZING….but I DO like your grocery list!!! LOL!!!!
