Sometimes there is nothing better than having margaritas with girlfriends and then drunk dialing one of your best guy friends. Really.
I haven’t been knitting so much lately. It’s been so warm and most of my projects are winter projects. It’s hard to make yourself work with superwarm alpaca or wool when it’s pushing 80 degrees outside and it stays light out longer.
I’ve started reworking the black hat, but just can’t seem to bring myself to pick it up since this weekend. I’ll probably work on it tonight at La Reunion while knitting with my girlfriends.
However, I’ve suddenly developed an itch for lace knitting. Question is, do I have the patience and attention span to stick with it? Stay tuned…….

Ah, one of the few benefits of my job – the super-air-conditioned office. It’s always the right weather for knitting (or wearing handknits) in here!
