Someone lent me a brain and then I remembered to take a picture before I got it off the blocking board. I really like how long and skinny it is. It is so long! and skinny! I like it.
You know what else I like? That my friend Suzanne is opening up a little shop called Zan’s Urban Antiques. She asked me if I would be interested in consigning my knitting in her shop and I said yes. [I got over feeling weird about selling my knitting, because the way I rationalize it is that I am not selling it, she is.]
So let us compare how much this scarf grew after blocking. I do love the magic that is blocking. I think elves might be involved:

She also helped me price all of it (4 scarves, 2 hats) and then she told me that she was not going to show any other knitter’s work in her shop. Only me. How cool is that? Anyway, her opening is tonight and I’m going to be working at the shop from 6 – 9 tonight, so come on by! And if you don’t like my knitting, don’t tell me. I don’t want to know.
