This is not the dilemma. This is the good part.
B and I are leaving for the beach tomorrow morning for an extended weekend/proper honeymoon. Four blissful days at the beach staying at his grandparents’ condo for free. It doesn’t get much better than that.
Here’s my dilemma. Do I just take the sweater to work on or do I take the sweater and the wheel? And if I take the wheel? How much roving should I take with me? 4 oz? 8 oz?
I’ve already decided that I’m only taking the CPH sweater so I can continue to work on it. I mean, we’ve got something like 4 hours driving time to get down to the beach, so I know I can get a lot done, even if it’s just in the car there and back.
And no, we’re not planning to spend all our time indoors. Nor do I plan to spend the entire time working on the sweater while we’re down there.
Also, transporting the wheel is a non-issue.
So I suppose the wheel would be more of a Just In Case sort of thing.
Hmmmm …. this is a tough one.
Suggestions? Ideas? Votes?

I say No Wheel. Spend time with B. enjoy the break from what you do every other day. Take a book, read. Stare at B. He’s hot, so that should be a fun thing to do!
you will be AT THE BEACH with your RELATIVELY NEW HUSBAND on your LONG WAITED HONEYMOON!
no wheel. if you have time to use it, B isn’t doing his job right
Take it all, baby.
I think that getting sand out of roving would be a ginourmous pain in the ass.
As a former Girl Scout, we were taught to always be “prepared”…..never knew exactly what for but I would suggest that you should be prepared for anything…..so take the wheel….just in case!!
I would say do NOT take the wheel. Some places and some things deserve their own moments in time.
you know, as long as you’re doing it all nekkid, I don’t think he’ll mind one little bit. Take it all!
Yeah, take the wheel and no clothes. That’s the ticket.
Take the wheel. La has the right idea…although if you were nekkid, he probably wouldn’t let you get much spinning done, but whatever.
Besides, B might be like Rick. Last weekend when I sat down at the wheel with some roving, Rick said “Oooh! You’re spinning! That’s hot!” and was not being the least bit insincere.
Nude spinning, want a novel idea.
Okay, surely the honeymoon is over now. Where are you?
