Kate tagged me, so here goes:

List 5 things you enjoy, even when no one is around and you want to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level?

You mean besides the drinkie?

Eh, in random order:

1. Petting my dog. He likes. I like it. Everybody’s happy. Plus, his fur is really soft….and I think I can collect enough of it to start spinning yarn…..but I digress.

2. Reading. I have been known to read even really bad books all the way to the end because I keep hoping they’ll get better.

3. Knitting. Except when I don’t pay attention to the pattern and then royally screw it up.

4. Running. I always feel less stressed out after a run. Must be the endorphins.

5. Watching funny movies. You can’t be mad, stressed or anxiety ridden and laugh at the same time. Not possible.

I tag my sis. She’ll probably get bored after 2.
