Dear Knitting Hussy,
We are shocked, appalled and hurt by your continued disregard for our unfinished state and need to be fondled and knit. If said behavior continues, we will begin to look for a new home and a more steady knitter who appreciates us and wants to finish us. You have gone from cheating on each and every one of us to completely ignoring us. We have done nothing but waited patiently for you to notice us and to quit shuffling us around the living room (as if that would distract us from the fact that you never want to touch us anymore). We are not asking that you knit and finish ALL of us this week or even this weekend. We just ask that you pay us a little attention and work towards finishing us so that we might one day be FOs. Is that really too much to ask?

Dear Knitting Projects,
I understand your frustration at being neglected and I did not realize that you did NOT like to be moved around the living room. I will discontinue that activity effective immediately. However, in my defense, I have resumed knitting recently (today). I think about each and every one of you EVERY day. Really, I do. I want to see all of you finished. Honestly. How could I not? You all deserve to be finished and I will finish each and every one of you (in a good way). Its just that there are so many of you and only one of me and unfortunately, someone has to make the dough to pay the bills and that someone is me. Therefore, I am unable to knit all of you all day, every day like I want, but instead must steal moments with each one of you. Please take heart and know that great times are in store for all of us.
