I am a half a cupcake away from being done with the October cupcakes. They need to be done by next Thursday. I can totally finish it by then. Easy peasy.
The problem challenge is that I have exactly 21 days before I leave for SAFF! Which means I have exactly 20 days to finish knitting (including blocking) the Jack in the Pulpit 3/4 Shawl I stole from Julie bought at Stitches South to show off at SAFF!
I am currently in the process of ripping back the 6th repeat of 10 repeats because of a stupid error on my part. Said error? Dropping a stitch. I’m knitting with 100% Tencel. Need I say more? *SOB*
Oh yeah, did I mention the beads? Because there are a lot of them. Oh, and also the border. I have to knit that too. With beads.
This is totally doable, right?

I think I’ve officially abandoned finishing Crown Prince for SAFF, because I just ripped it all the way out the other day. This means that you have to finish your shawl because I think two quitters will create a rip in the time-lace continuum and the yarn might get sucked in and then what will be buy at SAFF? FINISH! GO GO GO!
Oh, I quit on Shipwreck because I fucked up in the knit two together, yarn over, repeat part and have no idea how to fix it. Ripping back is not an option since it’s circular and shit. Maybe I will bring it with me and someone will take pity on me in the cool cabin and help me?
You can do it. If you want. Just breathe you sexy thang you! I am almost beside myself with infantile glee at the thought of SAFF. I’m a dork and I love it!
Hell yeah it’s do-able!
(heh! We said do-able).
Totally do-able. Just don’t go to sleep. LOL
I had every intention of going to SAFF this year, but I have to be in a wedding instead. (poking self in the eye with knitting needle…)
