So I’m knitting away on the socks, or booties, as my friends have taken to calling them, (Because I have small feets) and I decided it might be a good idea to measure how long my feet are again. You know, just in case. Well, my feets are even smaller than I remember them being last time. This whole time I thought my feets were 9.25 and 9.5 inches long. Nope. Not so. Both my feets are 8.75 inches long. This might explain why the last pair of socks I made with the Lornas Laces Amish sock yarn are a little big. Big, but oh so comfy. And warm. So anyway, I have tiny feets and it won’t take quite as long to knit this bootie sock right on up and start on numba 2.
Also, Celeste pointed out to me that while some people have foot fetishes or shoe fetishes, I apparently have a sock fetish.
I don’t think she’s wrong.
Thought it could just be the yarn.
