So this past Saturday I went to see my friends perform a little fire show and do some general ass kicking in performance. Can’t say the same for the crowd. Must’ve been too many mouth breathers, but whatever.
I don’t know why my camera was so shaky. My hand was perfectly steady. *ahem*
I so love a good fire show.
I so want to learn to dance with fire and not burn my hair off.
Also, about the photoshoot yesterday. It seemed to have gone very well. Here’s a picture way way way after the shoot as I left my camera in B’s car accidentally for a few days. And yes, I did have separation anxiety (from the camera), thankyouverymuch.
While I did love my hair being straightened, I don’t think I’ll wear that much makeup on a regular basis. What’s funny is that she put a ton of makeup on me to make me look like I wasn’t really wearing any, and while I liked the even-ness (is that even a word?) that it created and how it covered up my blemishes (read: zits), it’s so not worth the effort (read: lazy). At least, not in my book. Anyway, they asked for my phone number before I left so I guess maybe that means I might get a call back from them? Who knows.
And I still have no paycheck, and I REALLY need that to change so I have money for SAFF this weekend. Because no paycheck = no SAFF = me incredibly pissed off. I paid for a spindling class on Sunday and I want to go and learn how to use my spindle, damnit! Not to mention all the bloggers that are going to be there that I want to stalk meet. Oh, happy thoughts, happy thoughts, happy thoughts.
I really need that paycheck.

dear god you are hot.
