Fighting a Natural Instinct Is Hard

On this side (back of the hand) I have made no mistakes so far and have not ripped back yet which is some kind of miracle. I am loving this pattern.

I totally screwed up one row on this side. See it? The amazing thing? I DID NOT RIP BACK. It really wasn’t an easy decision to make and I’m still struggling with it, but I am determined not to cave in to my perfectionist tendencies to fix a row that will be on the palm of my hand and mostly not seen by anyone other than me.? Wow, run-on sentence much? Anyway, I figure if I tell myself that often enough, I will see it as a design element and not “reading the wrong row of the chart that one time.”

  • It’s in the center. It actually could be a design element if you didn’t know better. I vote to leave it, and you *know* how I am about fixing shit.

However, I will totally support you if you fix it. You *know* how I am about fixing shit.

  • I’m of the same opinion you are…it’s in the palm of your hand, so I say leave it be. It’s really not noticeable unless you’re looking for it. :-)
