I have pictures for you! I finally got the camera out last night and went all over the house taking pictures of things I should have shown you ages ago. Like my birthday fiber. Heh, that sounds kind of gross, but I assure you, this fiber is anything but gross. It is the very opposite of gross. I give you Blueberry Patch colorway in a lovely blend of alpaca/merino/tussah silk.
B did a very good job. I love and want to spin it, but first I need to finish up this:
It’s a little lighter in real life, but I used the flash and this is the closest I can get. But I really like that you can see the other subtle colors. And yes, I have actually been spinning some.
This next image it for my sister and is a complete bribe to get her to come over. Your iPenguin is waiting for you!
Look, he’s waiting to make music and dance with you! It says so on the box! He’ll even give you your own private little light show. How could you possible resist?
Ahem.
Now, about the pez dispensers at World Market. They really are quite cool.

Does the first Elvis look a little puffy to you?

So cute they make me gag a little. From the cuteness.
And this is what I got for myself.
There’s actually a whole bag of these individually wrapped grape gummy candies. They’re Korean and they taste just like grape cool aid made into a gummy heart. So. Yummy. You should go get some.
Seriously.
Go now.
Go!

That candy is Japanese.
I’ll be coming to collect my iPenguin on Saturday. He and I will make beautiful music together. Love you, iPenguin!
In my mind, it will always be Korean because that’s where we originally found it and ate it and loved it. Even if it is made by the Japanese.
Love the roving!
I found the greatest store last week that sells japanese goods! They had all sorts of candies and I bought some, but my kids tore into them before I could get pictures of their cute packages. >:( Oh well. I want to go back without them, anyway. I didn’t have much of a chance to browse last time.
Elvis pez dispensers? Wow!
