My wrist has been bothering me for the past couple of days and I was puzzled by it because, well, I don’t masturbate that way and it’s my right wrist and I’m left handed, so even if I did, it’s the wrong hand…
Ahem.
I think I’ve got that repetitive whatever disease disorder and I think I got it from a mouse. The little black one that sits on my desk at work. And maybe the keyboard. I think that is sufficient proof that work can, in fact, kill you. OK, fine. Maybe not kill you, but seriously maim and/or injure you and should therefore be stopped. Immediately. Posthaste!
ANYWAY, this puts a crimp in the knitting front which is bad because I’m having withdrawals from not getting to knit the sock. I didn’t knit yesterday to give my wrist a break, but now I’m all itchy because I haven’t knit for more than 24 hours. Do you ever get like that? This is just one more reason why work is B-A-D.
And on to other news that is more exciting than a gimpy wrist…
I am so so so excited because tomorrow I am taking off work and cleaning! Ok, not really excited about the cleaning part but the whole reason for cleaning is because VIVIAN IS COMING!!!!! And she’s bringing her folks! And all because I asked them to come visit because today is my dad’s 70th birthday!
Even though today is his birthday, we’re doing the big party thing Saturday and my dad knows that he’s going to play golf Saturday morning for his birthday courtesy of these two freaks:
And he knows that we’re fixing him dinner and that B’s smoking some meat for his birthday dinner and he knows that we’ve got a surprise for him, but what he doesn’t know is that the surprise is Vivi’s parents. SO DON’T TELL HIM.
My parents have known Al & Nickie since, oh, the beginning of time, at least. We all grew up together in Saudi. There hasn’t been a time in my life, when I didn’t know them. It’s just that now that we all live in the States, I don’t see them just about every day like I used to. Boo. So this will be a great weekend getting to see them again and all of us hang out and who knows what kind of trouble we’ll all find.
Also, for the record, I can’t believe I talked about masturbating and my dad in the same post. It kinda freaks me out. And yet, it doesn’t stop me from doing it.

Two things…..You should have told B that there was NO way you were going to make it any farther and that you just HAD to go RIGHT THEN!! That was a great story!!!
secondly, I can’t believe that you mentioned masturbating and your dad in the same SENTENCE, let alone the same blog!
He looks so cute! I cannot wait to see him!! YEAH!!
If you cultivate your wrist injury you might, just might, be able to get some cool wrist braces like mine! Although let me warn you – shopping at Birmingham Limb & Brace is nowhere near as cool as it sounds. And why aren’t ALL the parking spaces there handicapped?
Work = sore wrists = can’t work = starve = DIE!
Therefore, WORK = DEATH! OMG! We need to quit right now.
Also, stopping knitting = hard.
A-a-a-a-and happy birthday to your dad! Oontz!
I think more people should blog about their masturbating habits.
I think I would die if I hurt my…err…”special” hand.
Happy birthday to your dad! He’s super cute!
Left handed, eh? One more reason I like you.
