So you know how I started something with the pasties cupcakes? And the kids wanted to know what I was going to make for their teacher? Well, I made her this:

I have to confess… I kinda wanted to keep it for myself. And then I remembered I can make another one whenever I want. I used this pattern, but modified the leaf by knitting it stockinette instead of knit. I also knit the body of the apple with the yarn doubled up.
I have a feeling I’ll be knitting this pattern again.
