I would move to Charlotte, NC for one reason and one reason only. Ghani’s. Ghani’s is a mediterranean restaurant that serves honest to God SHAWARMAS. Gyros are a close second to the beloved shawarma, but will never replace the shawarma. Gyros are Greek. Shawarmas are Lebanese. NOT THE SAME THING. If you live somewhere where you can get a shawarma, stop whatever you are doing and GO GET ONE NOW.

And dreaming of shawarmas. Drool. OK, I’ve got to stop with the shawarmas. Hmmm, maybe I have find somewhere in Atlanta that has fabulous shawarmas. Must look for lebanese restaurants….Right.
